Headington Singers perform Jenkins’ “Armed Man”

Headington Singers will be performing ‘the nation’s favourite piece of contemporary music’ (Classic FM)  on Friday 20 March.

Karl Jenkins The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace is a powerful anti-war piece.  Despite its sombre theme it is an uplifting and highly dramatic work.

Use the Park and Rides for free on Saturday

Free Parking

Both Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council are offering free parking at all their Park and Ride sites this coming Saturday 6 December as part of Small Business Saturday – an independent, grassroots movement supporting, inspiring and promoting small businesses. So think ‘small’ as you ride into town.
