The number given by the council is an expensive business rate phone number. Most people (especially from mobile) will be far better off using the local extension 01865 815678 which goes through to the same place. Some waiting, and selecting option 3 at the menu, is required. Shame on the council for using a higher rate number! Do publicise – this number is the result of a FOI request.
