Headley Way planning appeal upheld

The following delegated refusal was appealed successfully.

1. The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for rear/side first floor
extension at 190 Headley Way, Headington, Oxford OX3 7TA in accordance with
the terms of the application, Ref 14/01120/FUL, dated 11 April 2014, subject to
the following conditions:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years
from the date of this decision.
2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with
the following approved plans: Site Location Plan; Plans and Elevations – Dr
No. 1A; Existing 1st Floor Plan – Dr No 2; and Elevations – Dr No. 5.
3) The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the
development hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing
building.
