Braisnose farm at the bottom of shotover would be ideal for this. There is a farm house and barns on the site and it is boarded up and deteriorating due to a restrictive covenant that requires the land and buildings be used for agriculture. The land and buildings are owned by Oxford City Council and they do not know what to do with it because of this restriction. If there is a group that is willing to make a community farm there then this would be ideal as it would fulfil the agricultural covenant requirements and make use of the buildings so they are not vandalised and left to ruin.
