Reporting a problem?
To report a fault regarding highways, lighting, flooding, signage, traffic light defects or street cleaning to either Council, please click their Report a Fault link.
To report a problem with county council roads and pavements, please report it to their Report a Problem link
If you want to report breaches of planning control, benefit fraud, racial incidents, child abuse or other incident, please use the Report It Online link
If you have no response within five working days, please contact us on either of the email addresses below and we will take up your issue with the officers. Similarly, if you are unhappy with the level of service provided by the City Council, please get in touch.
