Application to vary Premises Licence 05/00987/PREM: To vary the following:
Late Night Refreshment: Sunday to Thursday (inclusive) 23:00pm to 00.30am/Friday and Saturday (inclusive) 23:00pm to 01:00am,
Sale by retail of alcohol: Sunday to Thursday (inclusive) 09:00am to 00:30am/ Friday and Saturday (inclusive) 09:00am to 01:00am,
hours open to the public: Sunday to Thursday (inclusive) 09:00am to 01:00am/ Friday to Saturday (inclusive) 09:00am to 01:30am.
To remove the following condition: No person under the age of 18 shall be admitted to or allowed to remain on the premises after 20.00 hours. To be amended to: No person under the age of 18 shall be admitted to or allowed to remain on the premises after 20;00 hours unless in the dining area of the premises when no person under the age of 18 will be admitted or allowed to remain on the premises after 22:00 hours.
