About Dr Steve Goddard
Steve Goddard has lived in Oxford for over twenty years, and has been a campaigner for the Lib Dems since the early 1990s. Among his political interests are the environment, education and foreign and European affairs; over the last few years, he has campaigned against the Iraq war, against Labour’s erosion of civil liberties and for the preservation of Oxford’s post office network.
‘Steve works as a lecturer in French in Oxford University. He is married to Julia and they have two children, Laura (8) and Alexander (5).
‘When not working, campaigning or spending time with his family, Steve enjoys birdwatching, reading, gardening (not very well) and watching Doctor Who.
